A Step-by-Step

Guide to Indoor Parking

Floor surface blasting (BLASTRAC)

This technology is essential to guarantee the adhesion of the elastomer membrane. Blastrac projects steel balls onto the surface to create the ideal profile (CSP-4). Blastrac deep cleans holes caused by salt build-up on the surface.

Decontamination

Degreasing of areas contaminated by liquid spills from cars on the floor.

Repairs

Filling cracks and other defects in floor surfaces.

Application of a multi-layer membrane

Composition of a Parking Membrane

Our membranes are multi-layer systems in which each layer plays a specific role to ensure complete protection. A typical multilayer membrane comprises :

A primer to improve adhesion to concrete and eliminate the risk of cratering in the next coat.

An elastomer membrane to guarantee watertightness even in the event of cracking (micro-cracks) in the concrete.

Add silica or other dry aggregate, if a non-slip finish is desired.

A wear or protective layer.

If necessary, apply an anti-UV top coat.
